FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How subscribing and unlocking the code work.
How do I get the source code?
Sign in with Google, subscribe to the YouTube channel, and watch the tutorial to the end. The download button unlocks automatically as soon as every step is complete, you can leave and come back, your progress is saved.
Why do I need to subscribe?
The code is free. Subscribing is how you support the channel, and it helps more tutorials get made. It's a one-time step: once verified, it works for every project.
How do you know I'm subscribed?
When you click Verify, Google asks for permission to check whether you subscribe to this one channel. We don't store your Google access token, we don't read your other subscriptions, and we never post or change anything on your account.
How is my watch progress tracked?
While the video plays, your browser reports how far you've watched and the server checks it against real time. Skipping ahead doesn't count, but you can pause, rewind, and resume later. Once you've watched enough of the video, that step is complete.
What is the referral programme?
Every member gets a personal invite link. When a friend signs up through it and subscribes to the channel, it counts as a qualified referral. Some projects unlock once you reach a set number of qualified referrals, the project page shows exactly how many.
My subscription isn't being detected. What should I do?
Make sure you're subscribed with the same Google account you signed in with, then press Verify subscription again and accept the permission request. If it still fails, get in touch through the Contact link and mention the email you signed in with.
Can I use the code in my own projects?
Each project page lists what's included and any usage notes. Read the note on the project you downloaded, and ask if you're unsure about a specific use.
